Hi, my name is Erica 🙋🏻‍♀️ I'm currently Head of Engineering and on the founding team at Scroobious, so you're most likely to find me there building tech to increase diversity in the startup ecosystem by connecting early stage founders, investors, and ecosystem partners. Our team fosters an incredibly diverse community to break down the barriers that have historically prevented underrepresented founders from accessing the necessary capital to grow their businesses and thrive.

I’m passionate about diversity, inclusion & equity in tech, education, and economic opportunity. Outside of work, I invest my time as a mentor to build the next generation of Boston tech talent.
