Hi, my name is Erica 🙋🏻‍♀️ I'm currently Head of Engineering at FeMMA, so you're most likely to find me there building for women in combat sports. We're building a social platform to support women's advancement in martial arts - built for women, from the ground up.

I'm passionate about diversity, inclusion & equity in tech, education, and economic opportunity. Outside of work, I invest my time as a mentor to build the next generation of Boston tech talent.
